Shipping rates and delivery times

We will endeavour to process all orders the following business day, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will begin processing the next business day. We aim to despatch your order within 2 to 3 days working days.

We use DPD for national and international shipping. Prices are dependent on weight, volume & destination. DPD provides tracking for the package en route. Please note that you may be eligible to pay local customs or duties specific to each country: these are not included in the shipping charge.

We are able to ship outside Europe. If you let us know the pieces that you are interested in purchasing, we are able to give you an estimate of the shipping cost, as well as the time in transit. Please contact us at queluisatorres@gmail.com

DPD shipping times are:

Portugal: 1 Day

Europe: 2-5 Days

Returns

Item damaged in shipment: Returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered to you. Every order is wrapped and packed very carefully to ensure that all items arrive at your door safely. In the rare event that your order is damaged during shipping, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing through the details and photos of the damage to queluisatorres@gmail.com.  The item will need to be returned and will be replaced if a replacement is in stock and available, otherwise a full refund will be given. Faulty goods must be returned to us within 7 days of being received by you.

Item purchased by you: We hope that you will treasure your piece, however, if you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase you may return it within fourteen days, beginning with the day you receive the item. To do so, you must first notify us in writing by email to queluisatorres@gmail.com  . 

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. All costs relating to postage for returns are customer responsibility. We suggest items are returned by registered post as we cannot refund items lost during return transit or not in a fully saleable condition.

Refunds

Once your return is received, inspected and approved for refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 14 working days depending on your bank. Refunds to Paypal can take up to 30 days and are subject to Paypal refund regulations. Returns and exchanges received outside the above time frames will not be accepted.
